When we (Justin, Kimberly and family with paws) moved to St. Thomas, we realized work was being performed in a less than satisfactory manner, with the majority of companies not adhering to international building codes or standard industry procedures. We would see missing disconnects, surge protectors, inappropertly sized breakers, no line-hide or filling penetration through walls, just to name a few. Justin started St. Thomas Air Conditioning when he realized St. Thomas was in need for an air conditioning that followed proper standards and a company that would always answer phone calls and show up on time, solving issues quickly and correctly the first time. Justin owned companies before and knew that St. Thomas would appreciate a trustworthy and dependable company to take care of all their air conditioning needs. 

Justin has 12,000 formal hours of state sponsored training prior to arriving in the Virgin Islands. We pressure test with nitrogen (not air, not refrigerant), pull a good vacuum with measurement on a digital vacuum (micron) gauge, and all refrigerant is new and weighed for proper charging. When pipes are brazed, lines are purged with nitrogen.

That's why St. Thomas Air Conditioning was formed to service the east end, northside, southside and Charlotte Amalie with exceptional customer service.

Along the way, we have made incredible strides, and with our partners, have installed 150 units within the last year.

Going forward we want to maintain our small air condtioning company that can provide exceptional service in a timely manner. We are able to pivot quickly as the industry changechanges with new technologies.
